Shipping policy

Due to Covid 19/Corona Virus pandemic shipping times are slightly delayed. Your packages are still shipping out very carefully and wiped down with care. 

Jonquel Art  is an independently-owned brand, which means that all orders are packed or printed by Jonquel herself. We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible.

PLEASE Note: Clothing, Posters and Mugs are printed/created on demand, custom for you. These items will have a LONGER processing time as they are being manufactured and will ship directly from the manufacturer. Please remember this when ordering holiday gifts. 

[For items shipping directly from jonquel.com only] During special events, such as collection launches or restocks, processing time may take a bit longer! Depending on how many orders are placed, it can sometimes take up to 1-14 days or longer for your order to to be processed. This does not included shipping time. 

Preorders are processed within 6 weeks or more depending on demand. 

***If you place an order that has Pre-order and in stock items, the entire order will be held till everything can ship out together. 

We do not ship International orders (but we will offer it in the future). 

Fulfillment and shipping times are separate. Shipping time does NOT BEGIN UNTIL USPS has POSSESSION of the package. Priority shipping DOES NOT prompt priority fulfillment, as again, they are separate.

All orders (minus stickers) will be shipped with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, USPS is now responsible for the package. Your point of contact to track and locate all orders once shipped is 800-275-8777 Monday- Friday 8AM-830PM ET & Saturday 8AM-6PM ET. 

Sticker only orders will ship via stamped envelopes without tracking.  

  WE DO NOT CHANGE ORDERS OR ADDRESSES ON ORDERS, THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED. WE ARE NOT REPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS DELIVERED TO ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY YOU AND WILL NOT HONOR ANY REFUNDS FOR SUCH REASON AS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS because the correct one was not given. This is to minimize FRAUD!

WE WILL CANCEL ALL ORDERS IN OUR SYSTEM THAT ARE FLAGGED MEDIUM & HIGH RISK

If a order shows DELIVERED, we are no longer responsible for the order, you will have to file a LOSS PACKAGE claim through USPS. WE WILL NOT reship or refund any orders reflecting DELIVERED status.
