All sales on Jonquel Art are final sale! We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations

All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, so make sure to read them over before making your purchase! 

Please note, all clothing, posters and mugs are printed on demand. These items are custom printed for you once you order. 

Double check;

Sizes, Colors, selected zodiac and SHIPPING ADDRESS before purchase. 


***If you commit any type of fraud, open a charge back case through your bank, you will no longer be able to purchase from me again. You will be blocked and refunded without a product on future purchases.***

If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving it, with a photo of the item and order number. Contact email: jonquelartinfo.com

If 2 days have gone by since your purchase without contacting us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a solution. Items must be received within 7 business days, we reserve the right to refuse package.

 If a return is needed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 Do not return posters, mugs, or clothing to the manufacturer.
